Why web instead of cable?

Woven webbing keeps this SRL noticeably lighter and easier to carry than a comparable cable unit — a real advantage on long shifts and repetitive vertical work. If your site involves sharp edges, abrasive surfaces or hot work, step up to the cable-lifeline RPG series instead; galvanized steel cable is the more durable choice around anything that can cut or scorch webbing. For general construction, roofing and maintenance at height, the RPW20R gives you the same braking performance in a lighter package. Every unit is proof-tested by an independent lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Connection hardware

• Steel rebar hook at the lifeline end — the large gate opening clips straight over rebar, angle iron and larger-diameter anchor points
• Anchorage connection point on the housing for tie-off to a suitable anchor
