All products sold by Snow Guards Direct LLC are intended for use by qualified professionals or knowledgeable purchasers. Snow retention and fall protection systems must be properly specified, installed, and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.

We do not guarantee performance where products are improperly installed, misused, altered, or installed contrary to manufacturer specifications.

System Design & Quantity Responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying roof type, panel profile, slope, rafter length, and layout

  • Determining appropriate product quantities

  • Ensuring compatibility with the roofing system

We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed roofing professional, architect, or engineer when designing snow retention systems. Snow Guards Direct LLC is not responsible for system design, placement, or performance resulting from improper specification.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased per order

  • Correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order is placed

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Snow Guards Direct LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. Certain items, including custom-fabricated, special-order, and installed products, are non-returnable.

Warranties
