Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of the snow retention and fall protection products we sell. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any product is sent back

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-fabricated or special-order products

  • Custom colors or made-to-order systems

  • Installed, used, or modified products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Adhesives, sealants, and consumables once opened

Because many snow retention systems are engineered to order, please verify compatibility before purchasing.

Restocking Fees

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and products

  • Do not install damaged items

We will arrange a replacement or resolution once the issue is verified.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins

Product Responsibility

Product quantities, layout, and placement recommendations are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend consulting with a roofing professional, architect, or engineer to ensure proper system design prior to installation.
