Concrete walls, ceilings, columns and steel structures rarely give you a convenient tie-off point — the Frontline COP02-10K puts one exactly where you need it. This bolt-on fall arrest anchor plate installs in minutes with four pre-drilled holes, works in horizontal or vertical orientations, and comes with every concrete wedge bolt included, ready to use straight out of the bag.
Rated to 10,000 lbs, built to be reused
The plate is ASTM rated steel, hot dip galvanized for corrosion protection, with a 10,000 lb minimum breaking strength. Move it from job to job on concrete or steel — the plate itself is fully reusable, only the concrete wedge bolts need replacing between installs. Suited to both temporary and permanent installations in cured concrete or structural steel.
