A lighter alternative to cable SRLs, the Safety Direct web self-retracting device keeps its polyester web lifeline under constant tension between your dorsal D-ring and the anchor, then locks the instant a fall begins — arresting you in inches instead of feet. Choose 6 ft or 11 ft of working length and the hook that matches your anchor.

Polyester webbing weighs a fraction of galvanized cable, so you barely notice the unit riding on your back through a full shift. The spring-loaded drum pays out and recovers web as you move, so there is never loose slack underfoot, and the internal pawls lock automatically the moment extraction speed spikes.
